Subsequent Events Capital Return Program
On January 22, 2025, our board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.27 per share of common stock payable on February 25, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2025. For the period from January 1, 2025 to January 28, 2025, we repurchased 501 thousand shares of our common stock on the open market for an aggregate purchase price of $11, including fees and commissions.
