Subsequent Events
Capital Return Program
On April 21, 2020, our board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.01331 per share of common stock payable on May 29, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2020.
Asset Disposal
In April 2020, we announced that we are discontinuing the Automatic product. We will take an impairment and restructuring charge in the second quarter of 2020 related to this disposal.
