NEW YORK, May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SIRIUS XM Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) today announced that SIRIUS XM Book Radio, the 24/7 channel devoted to the book world, will be on site at the 2010 BookExpo America (BEA), the annual convergence of publishers, authors, booksellers, agents, editors and new media specialists.

For the second year in a row Book Radio hosts Pia Lindstrom, Kim Alexander and Maggie Linton will bring listeners inside this major publishing event, conducting interviews with a wide-range of authors, industry insiders and other notable guests.

Book Radio's BEA coverage kicks off May 25 at 3:00 pm ET as Linton and Alexander host a special edition of their weekly show Cover to Cover Live featuring interviews conducted that day on-site at BEA from the floor of the Javitz Center with authors, bloggers, and industry insiders. They will also announce the air dates for the channel's first-ever Author's Confidential show, featuring an intimate conversation in front of a live studio audience with special guest #1 New York Times bestselling author Charlaine Harris.   Her beloved Sookie Stackhouse novels serve as the basis for HBO's hit show True Blood. The new season of True Blood premieres June 13 on HBO.

As part of this year's BEA coverage Book Radio will broadcast hourly reports from May 25-May 27, keeping listeners connected to all of the sights, sounds, news and happenings from the show, as well as conversations with award-winning voice actors such as Scott Brick and Katherine Kellgren, and bestselling authors including Lee Child and Tess Gerritsen.

Lindstrom's BEA interviews will air May 31 on her weekly Book Radio show Pia Lindstrom Presents. On the show, the veteran movie and theater critic talks to authors, film directors, producers, literary insiders, movie critics, slam poets, lyricists and others. Lindstrom is scheduled to sit down with bestselling author Scott Turow at BEA to discuss his latest work Innocent.
