45th Ryder Cup to Air Live on SiriusXM
United States vs. Europe, September 26-28, live from New York’s famed Bethpage Black
Fans get coverage of the entire event, from the first tee shot on Friday through the final hole on Sunday, on Ryder Cup Radio, co-produced by SiriusXM and Westwood One Sports
Radio Hall of Famer Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo will broadcast his Mad Dog Sports Radio show live from Bethpage September 23-24
NEW YORK – September 18, 2025 – SiriusXM will offer subscribers across North America comprehensive live hole-by-hole coverage of one of golf’s most exciting and anticipated events – the 45th Ryder Cup – as a team of the best golfers from the United States faces off against their counterparts from Europe in what promises to be an electric atmosphere at the storied Bethpage Black in New York September 26-28.
SiriusXM’s Ryder Cup Radio (channel 92) will air 28 hours of live on-course play-by-play – co-produced with Westwood One Sports – that will give fans access to the event in its entirety, from the first tee shot on Friday through the final hole on Sunday. The play-by-play will begin on Friday and Saturday, September 26 and 27, at 7 am ET, and on Sunday, September 28, at noon ET, and continue through the final hole of each day’s play. SiriusXM’s Ryder Cup programming will be available to subscribers in their car and on the SiriusXM app.
Brian Katrek, Taylor Zarzour and Drew Stoltz will host each day’s coverage alongside analysts Colt Knost and Michael Breed. Raymond Burns, Emilia Doran, John Maginnes, Carl Paulson and Dennis Paulson will be the on-course reporters and will deliver live shot calls and updates on matches happening around the course. Gary Williams and David Marr III will recap each day’s play on a two-hour Ryder Cup postgame show.

In addition to live stroke-by-stroke coverage Friday through Sunday, SiriusXM will have live original programming airing from Bethpage Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of Ryder Cup Week.
- Radio Hall of Famer Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo, headliner of the Mad Dog Sports Radio channel and a New York radio icon for two decades before he went to SiriusXM, will broadcast his show on location at Bethpage on Tuesday and Wednesday. Fans in attendance at the People’s Pavilion fan area on Wednesday can see Russo hosting “Mad Dog Unleashed” from 3-6 pm ET.
- Several SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio personalities will be on site to broadcast their live shows on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. These will include “The Starter with Taylor Zarzour,” “A New Breed of Golf with Michael Breed and Greg DuCharme,” “Gravy and the Sleeze with Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz,” Inside the Ropes with Caul Paulson and Dennis Paulson,” “Katrek and Maginnes with Brian Katrek and John Maginnes” and “All Square with Chantel McCabe.”
The Ryder Cup showcases teams of 12 of the best players from the United States and Europe facing off in match play. The event features foursome and four-ball matches on Friday and Saturday, and culminates with a series of 12 head-to-head singles matches on Sunday.
The U.S. Ryder Cup Team is captained by Keegan Bradley. Representing the United States on the course will be Scottie Scheffler, J.J. Spaun, Xander Schauffele, Russell Henley, Bryson DeChambeau, Harris English, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Ben Griffin, Cameron Young, Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns.
This year’s European Ryder Cup Team features Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, Viktor Hovland, Robert MacIntyre, Tyrrell Hatton, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tommy Fleetwood, Sepp Straka, Justin Rose, Shane Lowry, Rasmus Hojgaard and Ludvig Aberg. The team is captained by Luke Donald.
