NEW YORK, Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SiriusXM announced today that alternative rock band Young The Giant will perform for an exclusive concert in New York City to be broadcast live on Alt Nation.

The concert will air on Monday, January 13 at 8:00 pm ET via satellite on Alt Nation, channel 36, and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com

Southern California's Young The Giant will perform as a thank you to Alt Nation's listeners for their early support of their music. The concert, which will take place at The Studio at Webster Hall, will feature the band performing songs from their upcoming sophomore album Mind Over Matter, which is scheduled to be released on January 21, as well as their hit singles "My Body" and "Cough Syrup" and other songs from their breakout, self-titled debut. The exclusive performance will be a preview of Young The Giant's major headlining tour that kicks off in February.
