New Year's Eve Concerts to Air Live on SiriusXM

Performances from across the country by Willie Nelson, Gregg Allman, Widespread Panic, The Lumineers, Southside Johnny and Little Feat

New Year's Eve party soundtrack channel "New Year's Nation" to air for over 24 hours

NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that it will present an extensive lineup of live concerts, DJ sets and a New Year's Eve music channel to ring in the New Year.

SiriusXM listeners will hear live concert broadcasts from all over the country featuring a wide-ranging lineup of musicians, including Willie Nelson from Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX, which is also home to SiriusXM's new studio, (Willie's Roadhouse, channel 56); Gregg Allman at the House of Blues in New Orleans, LA (Classic Vinyl, channel 26); Widespread Panic at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC (Jam_On, channel 29); The Lumineers at Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO (The Spectrum, channel 28); Southside Johnny at Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ (E Street Radio, channel 20); and Little Feat's concert at The Hamilton in Washington, DC (Radio Margaritaville, channel 24).  

SiriusXM will present live DJ sets by internationally-renowned DJs from across the country. Listeners will hear Afrojack, R3hab, Quintino, Arty and more spin from Pier 94 in New York (BPM, channel 51); Armin van Buuren from Pier 36 in New York (Electric Area, channel 52); Avicii from XS in Las Vegas (BPM, channel 51); Dada Life, Deniz Koyu, Bassjackers and more from The Dada Land Compound in Brooklyn, NY (Tiesto's Club Life Radio, channel 340); and Eric Prydz from Surrender in Las Vegas (Electric Area, channel 52).

The Pulse, channel 10, will broadcast performances from the "Live in the Vineyard Concert" in Napa, CA featuring performances by Alanis Morissette, Gavin DeGraw, Grace Potter and Paloma Faith; and The Spectrum, channel 28, will air The Avett Brothers' New Year's Eve performance at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, NC, immediately following the live Lumineers broadcast.

New Year's Nation, channel 3, will feature the biggest, upbeat party hits from genres across SiriusXM's music platform. The channel will launch on Monday, December 31 at 3:00 pm ET and will air through Tuesday, January 1 at 6:00 pm ET.
