Starting Monday, March 11, Schein will host Schein on Sports live every weekday (10am-2pm ET/7-11am PT) on Mad Dog Radio.  He moves to Mad Dog Radio from the SiriusXM NFL Radio channel, where he hosted The SiriusXM Blitz alongside 2002 NFL MVP Rich Gannon.

Mad Dog Radio's all-sports format will provide a new, expanded forum for Schein's animated, opinionated and informed brand of sports talk radio.  On Schein on Sports, Schein will engage his listeners on anything and everything happening across the sports landscape.  He will regularly interview high profile guests – players, coaches, executives, agents and more – and offer his hard-hitting take on the headline stories of the day.

"I am incredibly excited about the move to Mad Dog Radio, where I can debate and discuss everything happening across the world of sports with an audience that is as passionate as they come," said Schein.  "My style fits in perfectly on Mad Dog Radio and I'm thrilled to be joining Chris Russo and the rest of the team after nine wonderful years on SiriusXM NFL Radio. There is no better place to talk sports than on SiriusXM."

"Adam is an exceptionally talented radio host and through his nine years on SiriusXM NFL Radio he's established himself as a star in an industry where it is very hard to stand out," said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM's President and Chief Content Officer.  "This new platform will showcase the scope of his abilities as a commentator and interviewer and will produce more must-listen radio for our subscribers."

Schein's career at SiriusXM began in 2004, when he was the first voice listeners heard on the launch of the SiriusXM NFL Radio channel.  He played a feature role as the channel grew in popularity with NFL fans, hosting alongside NFL legends John Madden, John Riggins and others.  He has served as one of the anchor voices for SiriusXM NFL Radio's NFL Draft coverage and hosted the channel's Sunday "Tailgate" show during the season.

On Mad Dog Radio, Schein joins a daily lineup that includes Chris Russo, host of Mad Dog Unleashed (weekdays, 2-7pm ET), Evan Cohen and former Mets GM Steve Phillips, hosts of Evan & Phillips in the Morning (weekdays, 6-10am ET), Dino Costa, host of the Dino Costa Show (weekdays, 7-11pm ET) and Bill Lekas and Dan Graca, hosts of Night Cap (weeknights, 11pm-1am ET).

In addition to his work on SiriusXM, Schein hosts the TV shows Loudmouths (SportsNet New York) and NFL Monday QB (CBS Sports Network).  He also writes a regular column for NFL.com.  From 2001-06 Schein was a regular sports talk show host on WFAN Radio in New York.  From 2002-04, Schein was on nationally syndicated FOX Sports Radio.  Schein graduated in 1999 from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, a school renowned for producing some of the most successful broadcasters in the business.  While there he won the John Bayliss Award for Excellence in Radio Journalism in 1998 and 1999.
